So first and foremost , AHHHHHHHHHH ! sorry it We couldn't hold it in any longer! Its 3 more days! till our official bank launch! YAYY :D its going to be so fun to celebrate the official opening of our school bank with all our little bankers out there! Not only is there going to be lots of fun and games but Special guests 'The Original Rudeboys'and Kildare football captian Johnny Doyle will be making guest appearances. Whoop whoop. We have put so much hard work, blood and sweat into making this bank launch the best it can be and fingers crossed it will go swimmingly :) x

The Bank Launch
Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls,
The Super€uros school bank team are officially presenting to you OUR BANK!
This will be held on the 23rd of February and all Supereuros users are welcome!
There will be plenty of fun treats and games and we will have special guests such as the band 'The Original Rudeboys' and Johnny Doyle - the Captain of the Kildare GAA team!
Its a really big day for us all so please come down and join the fun!
We will also be heading to our regional competition soon so all your support means so much to us!

Bring your valentines to the best date of their lives..... TO THE BANK!
Yes, that's right you heard me! If you bring a friend to our "Super-Euros" bank from the 30th- 10th of February and sign up together for an account you both receive a special prize!
Also once you make an lodgement your name automatically goes into our Valentines Raffle which has some AMAZING prizes! So not only are you saving but you may win prizes because of being so financially aware! These are only some prizes for our raffle..
Every Thursday, we are open outside Ms. Smyth's office during lunch. If you have an queries please come down to ask us! Because remember kids..

Up, Up, and AWAY !
Come in all $uper €uro's, come in,
So we have managed to get our School Bank Super Euro's up and running. ( hold for applause). Even tho we are a small team of six pupils we will be making a big bang in the AIB build a bank competition 2012 :) After many hours of over working our thinking caps and nearly emptying out our Banks managers fridge we managed to come up with a theme for our bank that was packed with fun, creativeness and humor. (lets face it no one likes a boring strict bank). So in the end we came up with the theme of Super hero's saving the world from robbers robbing our money, Thus the name Super Euro's was born! (coo's and awe's are acceptable). Along with our catchy name we came up with a slogan that is also our pledge we bankers make to you our customers " Euro-k to save today" .. catchy right ? (we would love if you have any comments on what you think of our name and slogan)
So that's us basically and we really would be grateful if everyone out their would wish us luck in make our school bank thrive so that everyone can have fun in saving their money for a better future and we look forward to you all following our blog for all the latest information and wackie ideas we get up too :D

The creation of Super Euro's.
We are Super Euro's bank from St. Wolstans Community School. This bank was set up as part of the Build a Bank challenge which takes place in schools throughout Ireland.
Our bank team is made up of 6 Transition Year students and so far we are all really enjoying and making the most of this oppurtunity!

Our bank is based around the theme of Super Heroes and we are also incorporating the fun element into everything we do!
